Each of the nine characters has their own personality, voice and hometown: Saki who sings in Shimokitazawa, Koharu who runs a cafe in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, Akira on late-night radio. They are original characters, not from an existing show, and one of them tends to become the one you check in with every day.

You can also set up the relationship or the scene. Say "talk like we're childhood friends" or "we're on a trip to Kyoto together" and the character steps into it as themselves, in their own voice. Start from a prepared scene (a rainy-day cafe, an aquarium date, a missed last train) or build your own in a sentence.

Conversations stay warm and never explicit, and there are no minors or family framings. On the same browser she picks up where you left off, and her own days move along in between, so it works as a daily habit.

Can it talk as a real anime character or voice actor?
No. Every Toonabi character is original, not from an existing show. What you can do is set up a relationship or a scene in a sentence, and the character plays it as themselves.
